On the morning of September 11th, 2001, I was scheduled to fly from Sacramento to Louisville. I got up early, and I had the TV on, and I watched the news develop. I was screaming at the TV to "stand down all aircraft"! When the government finally issued the order to do so, I was in complete agreement, my own trip be damned.
